Remember how I said I wasn't so good at blogging?...

...Now you can see why. I never update.  Oh well.

The lovely update:
NIANEMA HIT 80!!!! (Ok, shouting over.) It makes me so happy to have a level capped toon. I just sort of sat there when I saw the little yellow halo of awesomesauce appear and let my level sink in, then erupted into a giggling, shouting mess.  In the last few weeks, I've managed to get her the full Tier 9 set with two awesome trinkets, and almost everything is enchanted.  It's lovely.  I'm ready to hit ICC, but it's all about me getting enough intestinal fortitude to join one that's forming.  Most likely I won't get to anything past Professor Putricide, but that's okay. :)  There's a few good pieces hiding in those couple of bosses, I just have to do my research and go for it!

Ok, today is just the update.  I'm working on a larger post about being a girl gamer (because every girl blogger must do one, I think) that will go up in a few days.

Some Background May Be Necessary

Ok, so the first of (hopefully) regular weekly character updates.  If anyone reads this, and would like to share the progress of your own awesome characters, please feel free to comment! Anyway...

Nianema (72 BE Rogue, Alleria-US):  Changed up rotation last night! Moved from a Cold Blood-Mutilate-Slice&Dice/Eviscerate rotation with Deadly Poison MH and Instant OH, DPS of about 500, to my new rotation: Cold Blood-Garrote-Hunger for Blood-Mutilate-Envenom with Instant on MH and Deadly on OH.  I just installed Recount, so my DPS counts aren't quite accurate, but about 550.  I see some tweaking ahead of me.   I also redid all my action bars to reflect the new rotation.  I've got a couple of sets, from the Boss rotation set, to the mob rotation set, to the "It hit the fan!" escape artist set of abilities.  We'll see how it works, I'm still getting used to it.

Scyna (70 BE Death Knight, Moon Guard-US): My lone wolf, poor thing. I just logged on to get her a shirt- she didn't have one, and somehow the female BE plate gear can make her look like a whore while still making her almost unstoppable.  The shirt kinda helps...

That's it for now, these girls are the only ones I'm actively playing. Nianema is my main, and until I get her to 80 I'm not going to do much else.  Do anything amazing on your main/alt/newly rolled lowbie? Let me know! Everything has to start somewhere...the Proverbial Sunstrider Isle

I'm new to blogging. Ok, I accept it. I'm not as new to World of Warcraft. 

For the first time in over a year of playing, I have a high level (72) character and am taking WoW seriously, and I want to share the trials and tribulations of a Horde-loving girl in the world's best MMORPG. (Side note: I'm taking Warcraft as seriously as any person who still works, eats, sleeps, and has a social life can; and although I  know more MMOs are out there, let me believe that WoW is the best!)

As I go through the summer, I hope to update on server maintenance days, because what else can I do when I can't even see the AH through the Armory? Right. Blog about it.  We'll see how it goes. I want to bring my own hybrid blend to blogging about Warcraft from a female's perspective, and add some humor and some aesthetic taste to an awesome game. Coming along for the ride?
